Echo Factory held their first music industry networking night in Leicester on 1st July. The event that was held at Manhattan 34 in Leicester’s Cultural Quarter saw an excellent turn-out from artists, bands, producers and songwriters. Special industry guests included former Head of A&R of MCA and Hollywood, Tim Bulleyment, Horus Music’s Nina Condron, DJSS and Ste Allen from Dealmaker.
Echo Factory CEO Ajay Naik said, “Everyone was swapping business cards, discussing new releases, opportunities and possible collaborations. It was great to see so many creative people mixing and exchanging ideas. We look forward to hosting many more nights like this.”
Echo Factory Head of Music Production, Robin Junga gave a brief talk on the benefits of the networking events and the plans for the new building which will house recording studios, rehearsal rooms, live performance areas, song writing labs and technology suites. He stated that it was Echo Factory’s vision to create a club for all sorts of industry creatives where they can interact and draw from each other’s experience and expertise.
The new Echo Factory building will be completed by mid September, ready for the new academic year.
